Just a quickie...

Been busy, busy, busy - Christmas was good (got quite a few things - most notable the Knitpicks Options set from J.); slept all day Boxing Day (I needed it!), then today took Himself (6) to the oral surgeon to have 2 broken baby teeth extracted. Mom handled it worse than he did...but he made it thru - they had said they would do an IV, but they ended up just giving him an inter-muscular sedative. :whew:! He's camped out on the couch now, watching Thunderbirds, and I couldn't be happier with the situation.

I hate, hate, HATE having stuff done to my baby, especially when it involves the words "sedation", "knocked-out", "watch for bleeding", and "may experience pain" (oh, yeah - and "IF he can swallow"). He's fine, I'm fine.....blah. :deep breath:

Hair: Yesterday I took a long, hot bath, and did a Henna 'n' Placenta treatment. I got my heat cap *afterwards*, but that's OK - I will do a cassia treatment tomorrow and use it then. My hair is nice and soft and shiney right now - I am happy with it. I'll be even happier when it hits my waist again, but it *is* growing, and it's looking nice. I've been using the "Sweet Success" Oil every other night, and can feel new hairs sprouting up on my scalp. Hopefully I'll get some more fullness...

Didn't get any hair toys for Christmas, but J. has the wood and the tools to make me some new hair forks. He has his orders.....
