Is it Friday yet?

It is? Good...glad this week is OVER.

We went to the Fish Place today - I had "nut-crusted catfish". It was surprisingly yummy - minced pecans neatly covering a HUGE catfish filet. I am going to have to try to recreate this sometime - it was *really* good.

Dessert was amaretto chocolate mousse. With berries. It was...good, but too much.

I am working on a new equine exercise plan. Details will follow, as soon as I have the kinks worked out. I do think I'll be sticking with the pool-plan...

I have to get a plumber out *soon* - my water softener wasn't installed properly, and the pipes are leaking all over the garage. I really don't want to go into the box outside and see what kind of mess *that* is...but it needs to be done. I don't like wasting water. I also need to get an electrician out - if the water pipes were installed incorrectly, I bet the new lights in the attic were, too. :sigh: Fun stuff....oh, well - it's only money, right? And I am apparantly not supposed to have any......

Not much else to report.....we've got to hit the big-box warehouse store this weekend, and find Herself some gear for her camping trip in late July, but other than that, not much is going on.
