Forgot to mention that I got a yogurt maker - found a Kelner model (the predecessor to Euro Cuisine's YM-80) for $15, so I snapped it up. It arrived Friday..I set it up yesterday, and made a batch, but haven't tasted it yet. It firmed up nicely, and smells OK....:grin:
Also rebooted the Kombucha...it's getting better and better. Need a larger brewing container - the SCOBY is getting too big for the 1 gallon one I'm using.
