It's Thrusday....Finally! - Random babblings of a fiber-obsessed nutcase

About It's Thrusday....Finally!

Spent last evening getting our sukkot up - what we did was install the "garden arbor" (you know the ones - Home Despot and Lowe's carry them, usually for around $200+. We got ours on sale earlier this year for $99). It's definately NOT permanent - in fact, the instructions say very clearly that it is NOT for sleeping in/weather protection/weatherproof, it is a "temporary sunshade". Right. OK, then.

It took us about 2 hours, and we're not quite done. We still need to put the mosquito netting up. I got bit numerous times.....the skeeters are HUGE this year. Nasty suckers.....

Anyway, Anna has a good series of posts up on the Fall Feasts, but...I don't agree with her conclusion. *I* don't know that she's wrong - she's got a lot more Bible-study under her belt than I do - but....it just doesn't make sense to me that Yom Kippur would be the Rapture. Plus.....she is keeping YK today...even though Israel kept it Monday. (She is going by the sighting of the moon. In Israel this month, there was too much pollution/cloud cover to actually see the moon until Sunday evening...even though RH was *Saturday*.)

Makes more sense to *me* that it would be Sukkot - the "Feast of Ingathering", the "Feast of our Rejoicing", the "Feast of Tabernacles". Plus, it's prophecied in Zechariah (14:16-20) that *every* nation will go up every year to keep the festival of Sukkot......and Rev. 7:9 mentions people from "every nation" worshipping in The Tabernacle. It doesn't matter, really on the *when*, so........I'm still watching. Lots of stuff going down that seem to fit Rev., though.

Speaking of......Ms. Boss's former step-daughter-in-law is a renowned cancer doctor. Ms. boss asked her about the swine flu shot...she said "Absolutely NOT." When asked why not, she replied "Because it is UNTESTED. Neither myself NOR my children will be taking this shot - it is TOO DANGEROUS." Which is what I've been saying. (But we may not have a choice - a bunch of states are passing laws making it illegal to refuse the shot. You'll be jailed - oh, excuse me, quaranteened - for 30 days, asked again, and if you STILL refuse, you'll be slapped with a $1K/day fine. Why? What's in this shot that they want us to take???)

Off to do some more reading....

Really?

Where did you see that info? According to the news and the dallas morning news front page story the state is expecting only half of the number of shots they thought they'd get.
Where did you see that states would be doing this? Did you just hear it or have there been stories about it? Sorry was just wondering so I can do my own research, too.
