Umm..don't know about the nominators, but there are only 5 judges. To say that Obama has done something worthy of this - 9 DAYS INTO HIS PRESIDENCY, when he was just a jr. senator before that, makes NO sense whatsoever.
Conspiracy theory or not, something is strange about this. I mean, if he had promoted some sort of peace programs during his time in the Senate, then - maybe - I could see it. But...honestly? I didn't know anything about him before he was on the ballot as the Dems candidate. And I didn't learn much about him during the campaign, because all anyone focused on was "Change".
Not seeing much change at the moment.....wonder if he's going to put his prize money into the Fed Reserve, to cover some of those almost-worthless dollars he's been printing up? (And I'm only half joking about that)
It's not like they can only look at what happened before nominations closed. I do agree that it is a very strange sort of thing to have happened, but I don't think it's the result of any kind of vast conspiracy. People make all sorts of bizarre decisions and the ones made by committee are often even more bizarre.
