So, it begins...

the doctors have said there is nothing more they can do, so they are sending the boss home tomorrow morning.
While they haven't come right out and said it, we all know what it means - they are sending him home to die. *sigh*
He *could* still rally, he could stay in the delusional limbo he's in for quite some time...but we doubt it.
It seems the blood is coming from a hienal (I know I butchered the spelling; bite me) hernia right under his heart. He isn't strong enough to survive the surgery (the doctor said at this point, surgery is "elective"); if they have to operate, they will, but we know what the outcome would be.
So, there it is.

Well after reading through your last entries, I hope this will be a more positive year for you. A mini vacation spinning may be in the cards... and then the job of your dreams! Did you buy your daughter a real pottery wheel? Lucky .
Well, a mini-vacation would be lovely! *g* We have at least 6 months from his demise, because they have to get the estate settled and the will probated, and the bank (which is listed (or was) as trustee/co-manager) can't really do anything until then.
Himself starts Kindergarden in August, so...that would be an opportune time to become unemployed.
Re: Pottery wheel - it's a toy, by NSI. Santa got it from Michaels for under $20; it's good enough to give you a taste of throwing pots. She's done 2, now, and painted them tonight. They're........interesting. *g*
