They're not great....but here ya go. My cell phone didn't like the light in the dining room, but I did my best. (I think the saturated red blew it's little-bitty processor. Ah, well...)

Dining room: (taken from the kitchen doorway - you can just see the rug under the table here)

Closeup of The Rug:

It's not as splotchy as it looks here - I don't know what's up with my phone. There is *some* disparity in the color, but it's not that noticeable.

And, the Music/Game Room:

I still need to put a few things up, but you can at least see the lovely, lovely color. If/when we replace the dining room rug (because SG is STILL hung up on getting a *new* rug, in "perfect" colors, for in there. :sigh:), it'll go in here. The blues in the rug will echo the walls. (And I LOVE my rug.....and actually prefer the older ones. But...he's weird.)

I'm a cheesemaker again today - cheddar. I don't want the milk to go to waste, and SG won't sit down and Make Cheese. Ah, well......the whey from the Manchego (which tastes FANTASTIC, BTW!) is currently being kneaded into Cinnamon Rolls, and I'll use more for the Challah for tonight. And soap.....but I don't like messing with lye when I'm doing food stuff. Just a little paranoid.....

I used the serger this AM! Nothing fancy - I just serged the edges of the cheesecloth we line the cheese mold with. My MIL had told me years ago that cheesecloth was a PITA to serge.....I don't agree. Once I got the flipping machine to work (don't ask...but it almost ended up in the trash. :sigh:), it went easy-peasy. And now I won't have to cut new cheesecloth every. single. time. we want to make cheese.

Shabbat Shalom!
