I started a new routine today - I am going to try to do a workout DVD every morning, right after I wake up. Pre-shower, pre-breakfast.....no one but me and the dogs are up, so I don't have to put up with the comments. Why? Because I saw Cyn unable to breathe yesterday, and I don't want to end up there.
So. :deep breath: Accountability. I started this morning at 192. :shudder: I'll try to post Workout updates on Wednesday....because I need to shift at least 20 pounds to feel better (30 is my goal. I look good at 160 - anything less and I look like death warmed over. 170 is the first goal.) If I don't post on Wednesday.....poke me, OK? Because I *need* to do this - and walking isn't cutting it.
SG noticed last night that I had replaced the printer stand. :lol: It's funny, because he feeds Bailey right IN FRONT OF the printer every evening. :snicker:
We're doing Turkey-day here this year, so I need to make out a list. :whee: Better get started!
