Let's see...

1. Took Bree to the Vet - she's OK, just old. Looks like she has arthritis in her back/hind legs; she is on meds now. :sigh: Still - she's doing well for an 8 year old Giant.

2. New dog has a name: Suki. Yup - she's staying. Vet says she appears healthy; we'll be doing the whole check-up and spay thing soon (she had an upset tummy and diarrhea, so.....we have to get her over that, first.) She's sweet......but very much a puppy. Still in the chewing stage...:sigh:

3. Sewing: Not much. (See #2). I have a SOI Nancy cut out, but I need to widen the sleeve - the tissue doesn't fit. I think I'm going to recut the armscrye to the next size, and try THAT sleeve; we'll see. It's in time-out right now.

Instead, I'm working on a Swoon Pattern's Nora. A doctor bag. This one is going to be used for all the chicken medicines we have; eventually I'll have 3 - 1 chicken, 1 goat, and 1 horse. We'll see how it sews up - I have it all cut out (and all the stabilizer/foam/interfacing cut, too!), I just need to actually sit down and sew it.

4. The garden is...well. Suki LOVES to jump into the beds. She's killed 2 cucumber plants, so far. :sigh: The potatoes are going gang-busters, and the watermelon looks good. So do the strawberries. The rest....we'll see.

Not much else going on right now.
